Mitchell Wirth
Mitchell Wirth has spent his entire career in the real estate field. He started his career at BancBoston Mortgage, originating residential loans. From there he worked at F.S. Associates, Ltd. and its related affiliates, assisting in the development of a large commercial retail shopping center and later managing retail property. Working as a commercial property manager for over two decades, Mr. Wirth has acquired experience in leasing, buying and selling real estate. Mr. Wirth is also experienced in commercial real estate finance, condemnation actions and environmental remediation. For the last five years, Mr. Wirth has built up and managed a portfolio of residential properties in Atlanta, GA and has become proficient in foreclosures, government housing programs, residential property management and buying and selling residential real estate.
Mitchell lives in Atlanta and holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Chicago and a Masters of Business Administration from Georgia State University.
